"I joined the class new to living in York. From the start, Tamsin welcomed me to her classes with her warm and encouraging approach. This is one of the best yoga classes I have ever done. Tamsin goes at the pace of the class, ensuring we are fully warmed up and stretched, each week building on what we have done creating some great flow movements over the weeks.
Tamsin is a very experienced and knowledgable teacher and I feel great after each session, as if I have had a great workout but by the end totally relaxed. The classes have helped me, over time, become more flexible, stronger and confident.
I can't recommend her classes highly enough - so new or old to yoga you will find something for you, the class are friendly and now I wouldn't miss it for anything!"
