I am a dedicated cake decorator which spans over 35yrs. My passion is in both cake-making, and also in the designing of a special cake.
I only use the best of ingredients, and I can offer you flavours such as:
A luscious & moist carrot cake
A rich belgium chocolate fudge cake with a variety of fillings, i.e., orange, banana, choc ganache, black forest, etc.,
A rich Madagascan Vanilla infused with a vanilla syrup and filled with an amazing Strawberry jam & strawberry buttercream, or vanilla.
Lemon Madeira infused with Limoncello syrup with a Key Lime jam and a lemon buttercream.
A light ginger Madeira with a butterscotch and caramel filling

So much is my passion that I got down to the last 80 out of over 13,000 applicants for the Great British Bake Off.

"Both Charlotte and I cannot thank you enough for the absolutely amazing wedding cake. We were just blown away by it, the beautiful flowers you made matched perfectly, and the logo you put on the top tier matched exactly the invitations. Not to mention the addition of the pleats to match the wedding dress.
With different cakes for each tier everyone was saying how delicious it was and the carrot cake was just to die for - everyone said it to be the best carrot cake they had ever eaten.
Also, I have to say a big thank you for the jaw-dropping Grooms Cake you made. Absolutely no-one believed that those glass bottles and ice cubes were made from sugar. It really was incredible.
You really are a skilled and talented lady, and we will not hesitate to recommend you. We shall look forward to our next cake and another work of art !!!"
